Program Overview
The CITE Wired Networking 101 Academy has been designed to offer an overview of Wired Networking 101 in a K-12 environment. This academy will take place through asynchronous online content, five (5) Zoom sessions, and real-world assignments.
This academy might be for you if:
You are already in IT and need to bulk up your wired networking knowledge.
You are new to IT and need foundational knowledge and practice in wired networking.
You are considering a move into IT from a different district position and would like to learn wired networking fundamentals.
Spots are limited, so make sure to register ASAP!

The Fall 2026 Wired Networking 101 Academy consists of 5 modules that cover the following topics:

Module 4 - Security for Wired Networks, Wednesday, October 14th from 9-10:30am via Zoom
